Should you unfortunately encounter an accident do not hesitate and call us at 6844 1555, and we will advise you on the next course of action.
In the unfortunate event that an accident happens, do follow these guided steps for a better likelihood of a succesful outcome.

a)

If there is an injured person involved, do not move the vehicle unless it is to evacuate the injured. Call 995 & 999 immediately.*
Exchange Particulars of Parties Involved in the Accident and take note of the vehicle numbers.

b)

Take pictures of both the vehicles and the accident to document evidence. Do not move your vehicle before photo-taking, unless to evacuate the injured.
Remember to take a picture of the:
- Accident scene
- Car plate
- Damage to both vehicles
- Lane marking
- Scene (lane marking, road name, etc)
c)

Remove SD card from dashcam to prevent overwriting of the accident video recordings.

Contact us at 68441555 and we will arrange for you to come in and make a GIA insurance report.
Note: GIA report must be done within 24hours from the time of accident.
Please prepare the following items to be submitted:
- Driver Driving License
- Driver IC
- Owners’ IC
- Insurance Certificate
- Medical Bills & Medical certificate (If Any)
- Police Report (If Any)
*Should the vehicle be unable to move we will arrange a tow truck for you.
A police report is required if your accident involves one of the following:
– Fatality
– Damage to government property
– Foreign vehicle
– Pedestrian or cyclist
– Hit-and-run case
– Injury cases (Any party involved in the accident was injured)
